Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. Residents may have one pet per household provided they comply with the following pet restrictions. Additional pet rent of $50 per month and $500 security deposit will be required. Acceptable pets include cats and certain dog breeds. Dog weight limit is 30 pounds. Restrictions are as follows: No exotic animals are permitted including reptiles, snakes, spiders, iguanas, pigs, ferrets and monkeys. No caged animals are permitted including rabbits, rodents, rats, and hamsters. No purebred or mixed bred dogs with any of the following breeds are permitted: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Akitas
